ViVi Agent is a component of the ViVi Customer Connect mobile application platform.The application provides sales staff, customer care staff of stores participating in Customer Connection activities.The application helps Employees interact with ViVi Users customer applications with functions including:- Give points (Token) to customers who come to buy goods, depending on the policy of each store- Exchange points for goods and services with customers, in order to increase the point warehouse to maintain Customer Connection activities, or Remarketing campaigns, Sharing connections...- Request Token, QR Token for customer care activities- Manage Token donation transactions, Token transactions- Send Notification, marketing to customers (Account Manager)- Generate QR Token codes for Connecting, Sharing and Retaining customers...The registration and account lockout is done by the Customer Connection management application for the store.Interactions with customers through QR codes of customer applications, fast and convenient, transparent.
